We pay careful attention to regularly revisiting arithmetic knowledge so that learning is consolidated and progress is maximised.
This building on prior learning supports children to store knowledge in their long term memory therefore enabling them to solve problems and apply the correct strategies.
We use a range of pedagogical strategies to teach our children and a variety of resources including active maths, graffiti maths, digital devices, different software and resources.
